Job summary

Entarian is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will assess and provide recommendations related to AV technology, standardization, system solutions, and design approaches for MILCON projects, including Extron systems.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, AVIXA CTS-D/CTS certifications, Extron programming, and a bachelor’s degree. Travel up to 25% and remote work from the U.S. are possible.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent education/training relevant to tasking.
• 5 years of AV planning, design, installation and integration in government facilities.
• AVIXA CTS-D and CTS certifications.
• Extron programming certification.
• 2 years of DoD design/installation project experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and recommend AV solutions based on COTS AV technology and standards.
• Perform C4ISR engineering drafting and drawing review using AUTOCAD per SIPH guidance.
• Create and maintain system design artifacts and MILCON deliverables.
• Provide input to Government for BOM and cost estimates for MILCON projects.
• Assist in AV integration support, including Extron programming and troubleshooting.
• Provide MILCON site support for infrastructure checks, installation monitoring, and testing.
