Job summary

microTECH Global Limited is seeking an Embedded Software Developer (AUTOSAR / Telematics) for a 6-month contract. This role is 100% remote with an initial 3-week onsite engagement in Romania, travel and accommodation provided.

You will develop, integrate, and validate AUTOSAR-based software for ECU platforms, across BSW, SWCs, RTE, IOC, and application layers, in mixed AUTOSAR and Embedded Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Strong AUTOSAR Classic Platform experience.
• Embedded C/C++ development experience.
• Embedded Linux / Yocto knowledge.
• CAN and Ethernet connectivity experience.
• Experience in OEM or Tier-1 automotive environments.
• Telematics exposure (TCU, connectivity protocols) useful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate embedded software for automotive ECU platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain AUTOSAR Classic software components.
• Develop software across BSW, SWCs, RTE, IOC, Application Layer.
• Support ECU integration, debugging, and validation.
• Work with system architects and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure software quality and compliance in automotive processes.
