Job summary

Parallel Domain is hiring a Product Manager to work with our Chief Product Officer, managing a suite of simulation and neural reconstruction products. This role combines hands-on product work with customer interactions and strategic roadmapping, ideal for someone who thrives in technical, ambiguous environments.

You will translate customer needs into scalable capabilities, drive roadmaps, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to accelerate development of autonomous systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management for platform/infrastructure products.
• Experience in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Working understanding of ML frameworks, embodied AI, and simulation.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Entrepreneurial ownership of product from zero to first release and beyond.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and brings structure to complex problems.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution for Parallel Domain's core products from discovery to launch and measurable business impact.
• Understand customer workflows across autonomy, robotics, CV, and simulation teams; translate into product capabilities.
• Contribute to roadmap and quarterly planning across Product and Engineering.
• Define and track success metrics like adoption, efficiency, throughput, coverage, performance lift, platform reliability, and revenue impact.
• Translate complex needs into clear product direction and durable opportunities.
• Communicate roadmaps and decisions across diverse audiences, including executives.
• Create clarity in open-ended domains with actionable plans and priorities.
• Represent the voice of the customer to engineering and leadership to maximize impact.
• Collaborate on launch planning, docs, demos, and sales enablement to drive value.
• Monitor industry trends to inform roadmap and uncover opportunities.
• Travel to customer sites to deepen understanding of workflows.
