Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow).

Responsibilities

• Own the intelligence of the autonomous system with robust perception models.
• Develop data curation, labeling, and data quality workflows.
• Evaluate vision-language and foundation-model-based autonomy capabilities.
• Develop model monitoring and drift detection for deployed systems.
• Evaluate AI model performance for robustness, explainability, uncertainty, and safety.
• Maintain training pipelines using synthetic and real-world data.
• Establish a data→train→deploy continuous improvement loop.
• Implement imitation learning and RL-based policy optimization.
