Job summary

Allstate Insurance is seeking an Autonomous Penetration Testing Lead Consultant to advance adversarial testing capabilities within the Exposure Management function. This role blends hands-on testing with automation to scale validation of vulnerabilities and remediation, aligning with CTEM principles.

You will design pipelines, integrate testing into CI/CD, and collaborate with Exposure Intelligence and Response teams to validate risk across hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in penetration testing, red teaming, or security engineering.
• Strong scripting/development skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience with offensive security tools and methodologies.
• Experience with automation frameworks and pipeline integration.
• Familiarity with attack graphs, CTEM, or exposure validation platforms.
• Experience in cloud and hybrid environments.
