Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train and mentor automation engineers.
• Proficiency with CMMS, troubleshooting, and coordinating maintenance with stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written English; ability to interpret and communicate policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and optimize automation control systems and software for conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, print-and-apply systems, and SCADA devices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks; support remote facilities during downtime.
• Adhere to Automation Change Management and maintain rigorous documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and support teams to optimize MHE systems and deliver projects.
