Job summary

BlackCube Labs is seeking a Technical Lead / Automation Architect to own architectural design across multiple automation workstreams. The role emphasizes setting engineering standards and coordinating with the automation team to ensure robust, scalable delivery.

The candidate will bring hands-on experience with Ansible, Airflow, Git and Linux/Windows server environments, and will guide delivery while aligning with security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design across all workstreams and define workflow and repository structure.
• Establish engineering standards and review supplier-developed code and automation.
• Coordinate technical dependencies and proposed framework changes with the HPE PCE-D automation team.
• Guide Git-based delivery across Linux and Windows server engineering activities.
• Day 0 / Day 1 automation architecture and proposed Smart CID/framework changes.
• Technical oversight of upgrade, rollback, testing and knowledge-transfer artifacts.
• Success / Acceptance Focus Automation aligns to HPE workflow/repository standards.
• All personnel under this SOW must satisfy the stated U.S.-citizenship requirement.
