Qualifications

• 10+ years of software testing and QA experience.
• Experience with automated and manual testing across SDLC.
• Strong skills in test planning, design, and execution.
• Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit or equivalent.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and version control (Git/SVN).
• Experience API and web app testing; knowledge of security testing.
• SQL/database validation and defect tracking tools (JIRA/Bugzilla).
• Understanding of performance testing with JMeter/Gatling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures for IS/IT systems.
• Lead test activities, verify results, and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and managers in an Agile environment.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality gates are met.
• Perform security, performance, and regression testing as needed.
• Document results, metrics, and test status for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior testers and support process improvements.
