Qualifications

• 2+ years of credit experience, including auto finance
• Experience reviewing credit bureau reports
• Strong credit decisioning and knowledge of consumer lending regulations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Results-oriented with initiative and leadership ability
• Preference for sales experience

Responsibilities

• Review credit applications and render decisions per policy and regulations
• Review policy or pricing exceptions and assist in daily underwriting operations
• Structure decisions to maximize profit while maintaining relationships
• Review and approve auto applications focusing on response time, volume, and quality
• Meet targets for ROE, volume, and conversion; initiate proactive outreach
• Provide prompt, accurate responses to internal and external inquiries
