Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage. You will analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims, assess damage, and ensure proper documentation.

Responsibilities include pursuing subrogation and maintaining client relations in a collaborative team environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, policy knowledge, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies
• Excellent oral and written communication
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Assess damage, approve payments, document files per policy.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
• Maintain professional client relations and provide coverage/damage analysis.
• Support the organization’s quality programs and travel as required.
