Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of auto property damage claims handling experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and estimating platforms (CCC, Mitchell).
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work remotely or in field-based settings.
• Valid adjuster license in Texas or Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned auto property damage claims from start to finish.
• Evaluate vehicle damage and determine extent of loss using guidelines and estimating tools.
• Coordinate inspections with repair shops, appraisers, and third-party vendors.
• Review and analyze repair estimates for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Negotiate repair costs with facilities and claimants to ensure fair settlements.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and vendors professionally and promptly.
• Maintain claim file documentation and adhere to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with liability adjusters and customer service representatives.
