Job summary

Veros Credit is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (90+ Days) to service auto loan accounts that are 90+ days delinquent. This in-office role is based in Santa Ana, CA, Ontario, CA, and Fort Worth, TX, with remote options for AZ and NV.

You will document collection activities using loan servicing software and ensure FDCPA compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in collections, excellent negotiation and communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in collections, preferably subprime lending.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read/apply federal, state and local regulations.
• Professional, tactful interaction with customers.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility for overtime and varied schedule.
• High School Diploma or GED; bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Follow FDCPA and company policies in all collection activities.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and suggest alternatives.
• Help borrowers strategize to keep their vehicle while meeting obligations.
• Document account information and collections activities accurately.
• Use skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
