Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service personal lines auto policies for new and existing clients
• Educate clients to fit policies to needs
• Answer phones and assist walk-in clients; support office operations
• Meet production and sales goals through product knowledge and client retention
• Build relationships with community organizations and local businesses
• Manage client relationships across GoAuto products and services
• Suggest changes to improve GoAuto position and understand underwriting guidelines
• Handle renewals and account status communications
