Job summary

National General Holdings Corp. is seeking an experienced Virtual Auto Supplement Estimator to support material damage claims with accurate estimate writing, supplements, and repair negotiations.

This fully remote role requires a hands-on estimator who can independently evaluate damages, write and revise estimates, and negotiate repair costs. The ideal candidate will have direct experience creating supplements and negotiating with body shops, and will support Western region claims with time-zone

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience estimating auto damage and creating supplements.
• Experience negotiating with body shops and repair facilities.
• Ability to build estimates from scratch, not just audit existing ones.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and damage analysis.
• Familiarity with CCC ONE estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and finalize auto damage estimates for claims.
• Independently prepare and write supplements based on findings.
• Use CCC ONE to compile repair estimates.
• Negotiate repair costs with body shops and facilities.
• Assess repairability and estimate accuracy.
• Support total loss and repairability decisions.
• Document decisions and negotiations clearly.
• Collaborate with claims, repair facilities, and customers.
• Manage workload remotely while maintaining productivity.
