Qualifications

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for auto accidents.
• Evaluate coverage, liability and damages within authority.
• Demonstrate strong customer service throughout claim handling.

Responsabilités

• Apply understanding of company policies and industry relationships.
• Investigate auto claims with limited discretion (coverage, liability, damages).
• Review and negotiate basic injury claims when applicable.
• Identify body parts and potential property damage.
• Assess customer needs and meet them with appropriate service.
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and handle accordingly.
