• Develop action plans to meet deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identify subrogation opportunities; secure salvage as appropriate.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
• Maintain professional client relations and document claims accurately.
• Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on assignments.
