Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage for telecommuter roles across multiple states. You will analyze and process auto damage claims and work from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; state adjusting licenses as required.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes auto property damage and lower level injury claims.
• Develops action plans to meet deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and disposes of salvage.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
• Maintains professional client relations.
• Performs coverage, liability, and damage analysis.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).
