Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; state adjusting licenses as required.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and loss evaluations; negotiate claims.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage as applicable.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Analytical and interpretive skills; strong organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team and meet service expectations.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and process auto property damage and lower level injury claims; document files and code per policy.
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state deadlines and prompt resolution.
• Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities; secure and dispose of salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker when appropriate.
• Maintain professional client relations and perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis.
• Perform other duties and support the organization's quality programs.
