Job summary

Sedgwick in the United States is seeking a Claims Representative, Auto to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims. This telecommuter role offers strong work-life balance and the opportunity to grow within a global risk and claims administration partner.

You will handle claim actions, maintain client relations, pursue subrogation, and support quality programs while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; maintain required state adjusting licenses.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and negotiate claims.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Develop action plans to meet state contract deadlines and resolve files.
• Identify subrogation opportunities; manage salvage disposition.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker as appropriate.
• Maintain professional client relations; perform coverage and damage analysis.
• Travel as required; support quality programs and organizational objectives.
