Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Adjuster for Auto Liability and Property Damage, handling first and third party claims, total losses, and arbitration across nationwide jurisdictions. The role supports fully remote work and requires active adjuster licenses in relevant states.

You will apply claims experience to analyze exposure, communicate with clients and claimants, and ensure resolution in line with policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability and General Liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
