Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a remote Claims Adjuster to join our nationwide team. You will investigate and resolve Auto Liability and Property Damage claims, leverage arbitration experience, and collaborate with clients to improve claims processes.

An active Adjusters license and 3+ years of claims experience are required. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with

Qualifications

• 3+ years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability and Property Damage claims, applying experience to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
