Job summary

Gallagher Bassett in the United States seeks a Claims Adjuster to handle Auto Liability and Property Damage claims, including liability investigations and third-party recovery. This role supports fully remote work and requires active Adjusters licenses in supported states.

You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims, communicate with clients, and ensure adherence to policies and ethics. A high school diploma and 3+ years of claims experience are required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability Property damage claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
