Job summary

BHDIC is seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Representative - Property Damage for a 90-day temporary assignment. Fully remote across the United States, you will evaluate and resolve first- and third-party auto claims with emphasis on service excellence.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of auto PD claims experience or a Bachelor's degree plus relevant exposure. Potential conversion based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent claims experience.
• Experience with auto property damage claims is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigating losses and identifying coverage issues.
• Obtaining and reviewing estimates, evidence, reports, and medical records.
• Handling First Party Damages and Third Party Damages.
• Processing payments and maintaining files per guidelines.
• Taking statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses.
