Addus HomeCare in Frisco, TX is seeking an Authorization & Eligibility Clerk (Hospice) to track and submit patient authorizations for private insurance. The role requires Hospice/Home Health experience, HCHB familiarity, and strong Excel/MS Word skills.

You will coordinate with staff, manage multiple deadlines, and support the Billing Manager in improving authorization processes. The schedule is remote, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm CST with a lunch break; on-call rotation evenings and weekends is

• Knowledge of insurance guidelines for submittal and follow-up on authorizations.
• Hospice/home health experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Word; strong computer skills.
