Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, events, or integrated marketing programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with local stakeholders and global teams across time zones.
• Able to adapt messaging and campaigns for local audiences.
• Self-starter, collaborative and proactive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing programs and campaigns for the Australian market in partnership with local GTM teams and global marketing stakeholders.
• Localize marketing campaigns, messaging, and content to support local market needs.
• Plan and execute events, conferences, webinars, and field marketing activities.
• Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with content, creative, PR, and regional teams to move work forward.
• Assist with campaign and event logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-up actions.
• Gather market feedback and local insights to inform marketing efforts.
• Measure and report on program execution and outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
