Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Manager of Audit Services to lead the risk-based audit program, oversee SOX controls, and develop the audit team. You will partner with Financial Controls and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage of processes and effective risk management.

You will supervise engagement planning, execution, and reporting, review results with audit leadership, and present insights to management and the Audit Committee. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of audit experience in public or corporate settings.
• Experience leading complex engagements and teams.
• Knowledge of COSO and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency with audit analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk-based audit plan aligned to the annual plan.
• Supervise and develop audit team members with performance reviews.
• Coordinate SOX tests and internal controls assessments.
• Communicate audit results to management and ERM stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
• Contribute to Audit Committee materials and reporting.
