Job summary

Revu Healthcare is seeking a part-time Audit QA & Project Coordinator (1099) to manage audit projects remotely up to 20 hours weekly. You will coordinate handoffs, monitor documentation, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables while serving as the client contact and collaborating with the operations team.

Required CPC credential with 5+ years of coding experience, strong ICD-10-CM/CPT/HCPCS knowledge, and proficient Excel/Office tools. HIPAA and PHI handling necessary.

Qualifications

• Active CPC credential through AAPC in good standing (5+ years)
• 5+ years of professional coding experience
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II
• Advanced Excel; comfortable with Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Attention to detail and professional written communication
• Ability to protect PHI and HIPAA requirements
• Reliable internet connection and own computer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit projects from handoff to final deliverables.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact on assigned projects.
• Lead weekly project touchpoints with consultants.
• Track timelines and document requirements; request missing items.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of consultant findings.
