Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Knowledge of Medicaid and other HHS programs and related laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple audits and provide leadership, planning, and coordination of performance audits.
• Direct risk assessments and ensure evidence and documentation meet professional auditing standards.
• Develop goals, budgets, and operational policies; monitor performance and implement enhancements.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff; provide training on internal policies and processes.
• Coordinate with agency executives to ensure comprehensive audit coverage across programs.
