Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• CPA certification or CPA in progress preferred.
• Experience leading audit engagements and communicating with client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple client engagements.
• Supervise associate level professionals and delegate tasks.
• Communicate and resolve issues with engagement manager guidance.
• Develop and execute audit strategy from planning to reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
• Draft financials and report audit findings.
• Mentor associates and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Support sustainable, remote-first practices and paperless workflows.
