Job summary

Christianson PLLP is seeking an accounting professional focused on audit and attestation, with a strong emphasis on building client relationships and mentoring team members. You will handle a range of accounting matters from simple to complex and ensure high-quality work for clients across industries.

This role supports seniors and managers, works remotely for U.S. candidates with occasional in-person meetings, and offers competitive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA credential.
• 1+ years of public accounting experience with audits, assurance, advisory services, or corporate accounting/finance with complex transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and research skills.
• Leadership and mentoring ability to train team members.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex accounting transactions for clients.
• Ensure quality work is timely and compliant with standards and regulations.
• Engage client stakeholders to identify, assess, and deliver timely advice.
• Identify regulatory and market trends and provide trusted guidance.
• Participate in business development and cultivate client relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned by seniors, supervisors, managers, or partners.
