Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Agriculture preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other staff.
• Can work independently but also work effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, analysis, and review of financial statements.
• Help clients maintain timely and accurate financial records.
• Identify trends and areas of concern within client financial information.
• Assist clients with accounting technology solutions.
• Support advisory engagements to improve client financial reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to develop process improvements.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Stay current on accounting standards and industry trends.
