Job summary

Manay CPA, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks professionals to expand expertise in U.S. GAAP, audit, accounting, and tax for a diverse client base. Gain hands-on experience with US GAAP, audit standards, tax codes, and business operations.

This hybrid role combines audit work with bookkeeping, tax return preparation, and financial reporting support, especially outside peak season. Requires a bachelor's in accounting/finance and 3+ years in auditing or related fields; strong English and US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in auditing, accounting, and/or tax with fieldwork or senior staff oversight.
• Comfortable working across audit, accounting, and tax engagements; audit-only path is a poor fit.
• US GAAP and IFRS experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal Business English; interviews in English.
• Location: Home office; US Eastern Time hours; travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new audit clients with setup of audit workflows and documentation.
• Participate in day-to-day audit tasks: risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, workpapers, audit programs.
• Use company software to perform audit, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Prepare audit schedules, management letters, reconciliations, and other audit docs.
• Perform substantive testing and analytic procedures on financial statements.
• Research complex auditing/accounting issues for regulatory compliance.
• Assist with US federal/state compliance, year-end reporting and filing.
• Hybrid role: audit work with bookkeeping, tax return prep, and financial reporting support outside peak season.
• Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation.
