Job summary

ModSquad is seeking detail-oriented, German-English bilingual professionals to join our Content Annotation team. You will annotate music, podcasts, and audiobooks, ensuring accurate representation for a global audience.

Responsibilities include using language expertise to interpret content, researching details online, and documenting findings in English. Expect 30 hours per week on a remote, international project with flexible feedback loops.

Qualifications

German as a primary language with strong written and verbal English proficiency.
Strong understanding of the culture, language and local content.
Familiarity with Indonesian music, podcasts, audiobooks, and digital media.
Comfortable using desktop and mobile streaming platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Experience with content annotation or evaluation and applying criteria consistently.
Proficient with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, and web-based tools.
Reliable, adaptable and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

Review and annotate music, podcasts, audiobooks with accuracy and cultural awareness.
Use language expertise to understand content, context, and user intent.
Listen to and evaluate audio content, considering relevance and cultural nuances.
Research information online to verify details and support accurate evaluations.
Apply project guidelines with good judgment for nuanced content.
Document findings in English.
Complete tasks within 1–2 week project timelines across rotating project types.
Incorporate feedback and escalate questions when clarification is needed.
