Job summary

PeoplePartners is seeking an AU RTO Learning & Compliance Specialist (Remote) to support one of our Australian education clients. You will develop competency-based training, ensure audit readiness, and keep materials compliant with RTO Standards 2025.

The role focuses on assessment development, validation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with remote teams and leveraging LMS platforms like Moodle or Canvas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in learning design, assessment development, or compliance for an Australian RTO.
• Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2025.
• Knowledge of competency-based training and assessment principles.
• Experience developing assessment tools, marking guides, and mapping documents.
• Experience supporting assessment validation, internal audits, and RTO compliance activities.
• Familiarity with Moodle or Canvas LMS.
• Understanding of e-learning development and SCORM content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, review, and update competency-based training and assessment resources.
• Create assessment tools, marking guides, and mapping documents.
• Ensure training materials comply with RTO Standards 2025 and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal compliance audits, assessment validation, and continuous improvement.
• Identify assessment gaps and compliance risks; document improvements.
• Manage learning content within LMS and update audit evidence.
• Collaborate with trainers and stakeholders to improve training quality.
• Develop e-learning resources and SCORM-compliant content.
• Explore digital learning tools and AI technologies to support processes.
