LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking an Instructional Designer at the Level III to craft accessible, results-driven learning for VA Agile practices and Jira Cloud adoption. You’ll blend learning strategy, curriculum design, and content development for a diverse federal workforce.

You will build role-based learning paths, live and self-paced modules, job aids, and assessments using ADDIE or SAM and Articulate Storyline/Rise, ensuring WCAG/508 compliance and LMS readiness.

Qualificações

• Needs analysis to identify performance gaps and measurable objectives.
• Proficiency with ADDIE or SAM and authoring tools (Storyline/Rise).
• Experience with SCORM, LMS publishing, and training evaluation.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG).
• Portfolio showing instructor-led design and interactive e-learning content.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct needs analyses and translate learner cohorts into objectives.
• Design courses on Agile practices, Jira Cloud, reporting, and admin workflows.
• Develop instructor guides, e-learning modules, and assessments.
• Author and package content for LMS delivery (SCORM).
• Coordinate publishing, metadata, tracking, piloting, and revisions.
• Perform accessibility reviews and remediation for self-paced content.
• Maintain adoption-hub resources and curriculum maps.
• Script Jira Cloud demos with consistent terminology and workflows.
• Create facilitator guides, learner guides, and quick-reference cards.
• Conduct QA across editorial, functional, and accessibility dimensions.
