Job summary

Cognetic Technologies in the United States is seeking a full-time Atlassian Confluence administrator to join our Orion team. The role is fully remote within the U.S. and involves migrating spaces, configuring macros, and supporting end users via Jira HelpDesk.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Confluence administration, a BS in IT/CS, and an active Secret security clearance; experience with DoW/Navy environments is a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years of Atlassian Confluence administration and direct user support.
Deep expertise in standing up, maintaining, and administering Confluence spaces.

Responsibilities

Create Confluence spaces with structure and templates.
Facilitate end users with space groups and permissions.
Export/import content between Confluence environments.
Translate customer requirements into Confluence-based solutions.
Maintain migration runbooks, templates, scripts, and lessons-learned documentation.
Respond to Jira HelpDesk tickets and support Orion products.
Participate in weekly meetings with developers and project management.
