Qualifications

• 8-10 years related experience in IT Systems Support, Systems/Network Engineering, or similar roles.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' IT organization and use knowledge for solution adoption.
• Develop scripts for Riverbed's EUEM and APM products.
• Troubleshoot performance issues for Windows and UNIX based platforms.
