Job summary

RavenTek seeks an Aternity Performance Engineer to design and support the deployment of monitoring technologies at MacDill AFB, FL. You will apply expertise in data networks, system administration, and APM to support the government, military, and contractors. The role requires engineering, administration, optimization, cybersecurity compliance, and lifecycle management of Riverbed technologies (excluding SteelHead).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with APM/NPM tools in enterprise environments.
• Clearance requirements for TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on application performance and monitoring.
• Create custom reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends for application performance across the enterprise.
• Troubleshoot APM infrastructure issues.
• Provide support for internal and external customers in an enterprise environment.
• Configure and install APM software.
• Monitor application performance and integrity.
• Maintain technical documentation as required.
• Enter actual time worked and submit timesheets.
