Job summary

SAIC seeks a Full-time Remote Pilot Operator to join the Potomac TRACON (PCT) training team in Warrenton, VA. The RPO will operate a simulated radar and voice system to replicate pilot actions during FAA training exercises.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals and to speak clearly.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate the training simulator as a Remote Pilot Operator for ATC training scenarios.
• Input entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions and translate data into ATC terminology.
• Respond to students using voice communications with correct phraseology.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support training objectives.
