Job summary

SAIC seeks a Full-time Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) to join the CTS team at the Nashville ATCT / TRACON (BNA) in Nashville, TN, supporting FAA air traffic controller training services.

The RPO role involves operating a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate pilot actions and ATC communications during medium to high fidelity training exercises. Certifications: Classroom and Lab required for all positions.

Qualifications

• Certifications required: Classroom (airspace/procedures) and Lab (Remote Pilot Operator on all positions).

Responsibilities

• Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system to mimic pilot actions and ATC communications during training exercises.
• Translate displayed information into ATC terminology and respond to students via the voice communication system with proper phraseology.
• Support FAA air traffic controller training services and ensure high fidelity in training scenarios.
