Job summary

Smart1 Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Remote Pilot Operator (RPO - EnRoute) to join our CTS team, partnering with SAIC at the Jacksonville ARTCC, supporting FAA air traffic controller training.

The RPO will operate a simulated radar display and voice system to mirror pilot actions, input actions into the automated system, and communicate using ATC terminology during mid/high-fidelity exercises, under contract.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience in ATC simulation or related training environments preferred.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system to mirror pilot actions.
• Input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions and controller responses.
• Translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology and respond via VCS using standard phraseology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and instructors during training sessions.
