Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Full-time Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) to join the Controller Training Solutions team at the Denver TRACON (D01) in Denver, CO. The RPO role involves operating a flight-simulated environment to train air traffic personnel, inputting pilot actions, and delivering accurate ATC phraseology within a high-fidelity training context.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, US citizenship, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals.
• Must be able to speak clearly and be understood.

Responsibilities

• Operate the air traffic control training simulator as the pilot and other controller roles.
• Input entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions.
• Translate displayed information into ATC terminology and respond via the voice communication system.
• Complete required classroom and lab certifications during training.
