Job summary

AC & CS ADVANCED COGNITIVE AND CLINICAL SERVICES seeks dedicated ASWs and AMFTs for a fully remote clinical team serving clients across California. Roles involve individual therapy, supervision, team collaboration, and licensure-oriented supervision to ensure ethical practice and growth.

The position emphasizes strong clinical leadership, structured supervision, and the chance to advance through ongoing training while maintaining high-quality care for diverse California clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT).
• Active California ASW or AMFT registration in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Ability to work under licensed clinical supervision in accordance with California BBS requirements.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities under supervision.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments at intake and during treatment as needed.
• Develop and update treatment plans with supervising clinicians.
• Coordinate care with internal staff and external providers as appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision.
