Job summary

AC & CS ADVANCED COGNITIVE AND CLINICALLY oriented team is seeking licensed clinicians to provide remote outpatient behavioral health services to clients across California. Full-time roles support structured oversight, team collaboration, and adherence to ethical practice.

The role requires an MSW or MFT, active CA licensure (LCSW or LMFT), and strong time management with remote work capability. Compensation ranges from $170,000 to $210,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT).
• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW or LMFT).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, trauma-informed approaches).
• Conduct psychosocial assessments at intake and as clinically indicated.
• Formulate accurate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
• Review and update treatment plans to align with client goals.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Manage an outpatient caseload with mild to moderate acuity.
• Maintain clinical documentation within the EMR.
