Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership in product management, platform strategy or digital transformation.
Leadership of enterprise-scale portfolios and teams with evidence-based investment decisions.
Experience with customer-engagement and experience-enablement platforms (data, journeys, content, consent).
Understanding design systems as platform products and reusable components.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise digital platform portfolio.
Lead governance, prioritization, and cross-functional execution with engineering and design.
Drive activation, adoption, and value realization across web, mobile, and associate experiences.
Partner with technology leaders to align product and architecture roadmaps and interfaces.
Measure adoption, ROI, and performance with executive scorecards.
