Lead enterprise and design-system governance, including contribution standards, stage-gate decisions, release priorities, exceptions, and adoption requirements. Partner with technology and engineering leaders to align product, architecture, and delivery roadmaps, define clear product-platform interfaces, and maintain accountability for technical execution and operations.
