Foresight Mental Health is seeking California-based Associate Therapists to join a remote, evening schedule program. You will work toward licensure while receiving structured supervision, billing support, and access to training resources.

The role emphasizes delivering attuned psychotherapy to diverse clients, managing caseloads, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment plans and progress notes.

Qualifications

• California residents with an active ACSW, AMFT, or APCC license
• 750 clinical hours remaining to complete
• At least 6 months of experience providing outpatient mental health services to families and children

Responsibilities

• Provide attuned psychotherapy across the lifespan for individuals, couples, and families
• Manage caseload including schedule maintenance, billing, and client attendance
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
