Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Technical Writing, English, CS, or Psychology.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in technical writing or software documentation.
• Experience with MS Office, Google Apps, and graphic imaging software.
• Experience with print and digital media formats.
• Familiarity with SDLC and ability to interpret requirements.

Responsibilities

• Authors product user guides, manuals, technical specifications, and knowledge articles.
• Translates technical information into user-friendly materials with clear workflows.
• Interviews subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Assists with application product acceptance testing.
• Supports the Technical Writing and Knowledge Management groups
