Job summary

Lucid Motors in the United States is seeking an Associate Service Technician to perform Pre-Delivery Inspections, detail services, test drives, and basic repairs on Lucid vehicles before delivery. You will demonstrate a passion for sustainable mobility and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ASE certs within 6–8 months, supported by Lucid's reimbursement. You will work with the service team, document interactions in the software suite, and potentially travel to support

Qualifications

18+ years of age or older (stated in ad).
1-3 years experience in automobile repair environments.
Able to learn High/Low Voltage process.
Customer facing experience with strong communication.
Ability to use basic computer applications and DMS software.
Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire.
Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in past year.

Responsibilities

Perform basic repairs on Lucid vehicles including parts replacement and test driving.
Document vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite.
Perform software updates as needed during inspections.
Communicate and collaborate with service team and customers.
Learn High/Low Voltage systems during the role.
Demonstrate attention to detail and strive for positive client experiences.
May travel to support mobile service and remote work as needed.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
