Job summary

Höganäs North America is seeking an Associate Sales Manager to promote our metal powder materials for additive manufacturing. The role is remote, ideally in the eastern United States, with the ability to travel nationwide.

You will sell directly to end users and manufacturers, build relationships, deliver quotes and proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer success. Candidates should have an engineering degree (or relevant industry experience), 2+ years in metal powders,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering; related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with metal powder technologies, processes, or materials in relevant markets.
• Experience using customer management systems (CRM) and strong time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sells directly to new and existing end users and manufacturers in North America.
• Identifies prospective customers and builds relationships to generate future sales.
• Develops quotes, NDAs, contracts, proposals and demonstrates product capabilities.
• Forecasts sales and coordinates with service and credit teams.
• Collaborates with internal teams on projects, investigations, and customer issues.
